Key Job Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of BIM Modellers in developing and overseeing BIM models for prefabricated MEP systems.
  • Ensure integration across teams while driving innovation and efficiency in DfMA workflows.

Responsibilities include:

  • Managing 3D BIM models for Prefab MEP projects, ensuring accuracy and quality control.
  • Conducting clash detection and resolving conflicts using tools like Navisworks, Revizto, and Dalux.
  • Mentoring BIM Modellers to adhere to industry standards and best practices.
  • Organizing coordination meetings to resolve issues and optimize model updates.
Required Skills and Qualifications

NITEC, Higher NITEC, Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, or related fields is required.

Proficiency in BIM software (AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks) and knowledge of MEP systems is preferred.

Leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills are essential for this role.

A willingness to work independently and collaboratively is also required.
