By considering the emotional, social, and sensory aspects of an experience, you aim to create memorable and impactful moments that leave lasting impressions.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted design advisor throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Guide design teams in the creation of high-quality visual and interactive designs, ensuring the final product meets business and user needs.
  • Partnering with technical teams, balance creative ideas with technical feasibility, ensuring designs are practical and scalable.
  • Take ownership of the design process, from discovery and ideation to prototyping and user testing, ensuring consistent delivery of impactful designs.

Ultimately, your goal is to create exceptional experiences that exceed client expectations and drive business results.

What You Need to Succeed

To excel in this role, you will need to possess:

Strong human-centered design skills and mindset.

Ability to communicate clearly and compellingly.

Excellent stakeholder alignment and collaboration skills.

Proficiency in user research and prototyping.

Expertise in information design and visual communication.

Preferred Qualifications

8+ years of experience in experience design or a related field.

Deep industry vertical experience.

Experience in both enterprise and agency worlds.

Knowledge and experience in IT infrastructure or other technical applications.

Human behavior, change management, or other applied social sciences background.

Data science, AI/ML background.
