Are you passionate about crafting seamless, customer-centric experiences? At Singtel, we're looking for a talented middle-weight Experience Designer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you’ll collaborate with fellow designers and researchers to audit, reimagine, and design high-quality experiences that drive impactful changes for our customers.

**Make an Impact by**
- Collaborate with multiple stakeholders to design experiences that bring positive impact to sales and customer journeys.
- Conducting user acceptance testing by experimenting with A/B or multi-variant testing to improve customer journeys
- Analyse data to inform decisions
- Create discussion guides and collaborate with research team for user studies.
- Understand design systems and effectively produce intuitive and engaging user interfaces.
- Ensure quality of design from concept to finish in UAT, BRT and Production environments.

**Skills for Success**
- Min Diploma / Degree, preferably in digital media or digital product design, UXUI design
- Min 3-5 years of relevant working experience in digital UXUI design/product design (agency/inhouse)
- Proficient in Figma tool
- Proficient in user interface design (UI), user experience design (UX), and/or concept ideation and prototyping
- Excellent communicator and collaborator
- Keen interest in design and the design community
- Bonus if have experience in agile methodology
