Job Title:
Hospitality Service AssociateRoles and Responsibilities:
As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional housekeeping services to our guests. This includes but is not limited to, daily cleaning of rooms and public areas, replenishing consumable items, maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene, and ensuring all equipment is in good working order.

Responsibilities Include:
1. Daily housekeeping tasks including making beds, changing linens, and emptying waste bins.
2. Cleaning and sanitizing bathrooms, kitchens, and other areas as required.
3. Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation throughout the property.
4. Ensuring all equipment is in good working order and reporting any maintenance issues to the relevant department.
5. Replenishing consumable items such as toiletries and paper products.
6. Providing excellent customer service to guests and responding to their needs in a timely and professional manner.

Skills and Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work well under pressure. You should also have experience in a similar role, preferably within the hospitality industry. Additionally, you will need to be physically fit and able to lift heavy objects if required.
