Job Title: Hospitality Services Associate

As a Hospitality Services Associate, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and comfort in our facilities. Your attention to detail and commitment to quality will ensure that our guests have an exceptional experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Daily Housekeeping Tasks:
    • Change bedsheets and replenish linens as needed.
    • Clean all areas of the facility, including offices, restrooms, and common spaces.
    • Sweep and mop floors, and clean surfaces and fixtures.
    • Restock consumable items and dispose of trash and recyclables.
  • Operational Deployment:
    • Attend daily roll call meetings to receive instructions and assignments.
    • Participate in in-service training to develop new skills and knowledge.
  • Maintenance and Repair:
    • Use cleaning chemicals and disinfectants as directed.
    • Operate machinery for project and periodic cleaning as needed.
  • Quality Assurance:
    • Ensure environmental service standards are met or exceeded.
    • Elevate any issues or concerns to supervisors as needed.

Requirements:
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Skills: Ability to lift 25 pounds, stand for long periods, and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience: Prior housekeeping or hospitality experience preferred.
