Operations Logistics Specialist

The primary role of an Operations Logistics Specialist is to oversee the smooth functioning of operational logistics, ensuring timely order fulfillment and inventory management across multiple platforms.

  • Manage and coordinate order processing and fulfillment for both retail and online channels
  • Develop and maintain accurate inventory records to ensure efficient production planning and stock replenishment
  • Prepare, track, and coordinate local and international shipments to meet customer expectations
  • Liaise with logistics partners to ensure timely deliveries and resolve any issues efficiently
  • Monitor stock levels and implement strategies for effective inventory management across outlets
  • Support factory planning and production workflows to optimize productivity
  • Provide administrative support, including documentation, filing, and other duties as needed
  • Collaborate with e-commerce and marketplace teams to ensure seamless operational support
  • Communicate professionally and effectively with customers and partners

Required Skills and Qualifications:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Operations Logistics Specialist with prior experience in logistics operations and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics). A strong background in factory planning and supply chain management is essential.

  • Experience with logistics operations, ERP systems, and supply chain management
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and Word
  • Good command of English language skills and numerical aptitude
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to multitask efficiently
  • Positive work attitude with a proactive problem-solving mindset
  • Effective communication and customer service skills
  • Prior experience in logistics, supply chain, or administration is a significant advantage
