About This Job

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced retail operations manager to join our team. As a senior retail operations manager, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of an outlet to ensure efficient operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the overall performance of the outlet, including sales, customer service, and employee management.
  • Coordinate the daily operations of the Front and Back of the House when necessary.
  • Lead and manage a team of employees, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their job requirements.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve outlet performance, customer satisfaction, and employee engagement.
  • Supervise and ensure that all employees comply with workplace safety, food hygiene guidelines, and company standards.
  • Provide orientation programs for new employees and implement leadership and operational management training programs.
  • Able to resolve customer concerns quickly and professionally.
  • Track food, supply, and equipment levels, forecast demand, and oversee food preparation, presentation, and storage.
  • Conduct regular inspections to maintain proper standards of hygiene and sanitation.
  • Estimate manpower needs and prepare weekly duty rosters.
  • Establish customer feedback forms and customer recovery procedures.
  • Determine staff performance and overall contribution to the company through performance appraisals.
  • Process payroll, maintain relevant records, and ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Report on outlet financial performance, inventory, and personnel on a weekly, monthly, and annual basis.
  • Propose, follow up, and oversee renovation works.
