Executive Retail Leader

We are seeking an accomplished professional to fill the role of Executive Retail Leader. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, delivering exceptional customer service, and maintaining high visual standards across our stores.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Team Development: Lead a team to deliver strong sales and exceptional service by coaching, motivating, and mentoring them.
  • Customer-Centric Approach: Model and promote a culture that prioritises the customer through personalised styling and service.
  • Sales & Performance: Drive daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and KPIs, communicating them clearly to the team.
  • Operations & Compliance: Oversee daily store operations including stock management, rostering, cash handling, and WH&S protocols.
  • Visual Presentation: Maintain high visual standards in line with brand guidelines across windows, tables, and front-of-store.
  • Talent Acquisition & Training: Hire, train, and upskill new team members while fostering an inclusive, respectful, and high-performance culture.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in retail management or a senior sales leadership role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a collaborative attitude.
  • Ability to manage operations while prioritising the customer experience.
  • Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving sales goals and KPIs.
  • Flexibility, including weekends, public holidays, and peak retail periods.
