**Job Summary**
iCapital is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Hedge Fund Accounting Specialist to join our APAC team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing accounting and operational support to our clients in the region.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Fund accounting and reporting: Prepare and review financial statements, including NAVs, for our fund clients.
- Cash management: Monitor cash positions, reconcile accounts, and manage cash reserves, including buffer for FX hedging programs.
- Relationship management: Foster and maintain good relationships with underlying fund managers, fund administrators, and distributors.
- Process improvement: Partner with the wider fund finance team to enhance and automate key processes, focusing on efficiency and scalability.
- Collaboration: Work closely with other teams, including investor relations, product, legal, compliance, technology, sales, and marketing, to support fund operations.
**Requirements**
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, economics, statistics, or another business-related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in fund accounting, administration, or finance operations, preferably with open-ended alternative investment funds.
- Advanced accounting skills and experience within an audit framework preferred.
- Strong Excel and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
**What We Offer**
iCapital offers a competitive salary of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits, including health insurance, retirement plan, and professional development opportunities.
