Senior Data Protection Officer

Job Summary:
DYNAMIC HUMAN CAPITAL PTE. LTD. is seeking a highly skilled Senior / Executive to join our Data Protection Office. The successful candidate will play a key role in implementing initiatives to strengthen data protection and privacy within the organization, ensuring compliance with national legislations and organizational policies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure adherence to data protection policies and procedures.
- Provide guidance to stakeholders on managing data breaches in accordance with regulations.
- Assess data management for potential protection risks and implement mitigation strategies.
- Respond to data requests and improve data management practices to ensure data protection.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure data protection integration in processes.
- Develop reports and presentations to educate stakeholders on data protection.
- Present data protection updates in briefings and discussions to ensure awareness and understanding.
- Address internal and external queries related to data protection.
- Stay updated on data protection laws and best practices and support departmental operations and projects as needed.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline, with a preference for Data Protection / Governance / IT related fields.
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in healthcare and/or in data protection, compliance, audit, or legal work.
- Proficient in IT systems, applications, and/or AI.
