Key Role Overview

This critical position involves leading the design and delivery of robust, scalable, and secure infrastructure solutions across hybrid environments. These include both cloud-based and on-premises platforms.

As a Senior Solution Architect, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to define architecture strategies that support enterprise-level applications and services.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Leading end-to-end infrastructure solution design for complex systems across multi-cloud and on-premise environments
  • Developing high-level and low-level architecture designs, diagrams, and documentation that align with organizational and technical requirements
  • Providing architectural governance throughout the solution lifecycle to ensure scalability, performance, compliance, and security standards are met
  • Collaborating with cloud engineering and DevOps teams to implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC), CI/CD pipelines, and automation best practices using Ansible, Terraform
  • Creating architectural proof of concepts for infrastructure of simple to medium complexity, incorporating key technologies such as cloud computing, DevOps, and microservices
  • Leading infrastructure modernization initiatives, including cloud migrations, data center transformations, and hybrid cloud integrations
Required Expertise
  • At least 10+ years of experience in infrastructure architecture, with at least 3 years in a senior or lead architect role
  • Proven experience designing and implementing hybrid infrastructure solutions across public cloud and on-premises platforms
  • Strong understanding of enterprise networking, security, compute, storage, and disaster recovery strategies
  • Hands-on experience with cloud architecture patterns, automation tools, and CI/CD processes
  • Knowledge of compliance and governance frameworks
  • Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and influence decision-making at all levels
  • Relevant certifications such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Professional or Azure Solutions Architect Expert are a strong plus
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
  • Knowledge of scripting languages for automation is good to have
  • Must be organized, independent, flexible to work on different projects in a rapidly changing environment
  • Team player with the ability to work fast and meet short-term deadlines
Contract Details

This is a 2-year contract. All applicants will be notified on whether they are shortlisted or not within 4 weeks of the job posting closing date.
