Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist

Overview:

At our company, we are seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead full-cycle recruitment projects. As a key member of the team, you will partner with clients to understand their needs and deliver exceptional candidates that drive success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders, understanding recruitment needs and delivering tailored solutions.
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle including job analysis, sourcing, interviews, background checks, and offer management.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in HR, Business, or related field (preferred).
  • 3-5 years' experience in full-cycle (360) recruitment within a recruitment firm/agency; oil & gas exposure is an advantage.
Skills:
  • Strong recruitment management, client relationship management, and project leadership capabilities.
  • Proficiency in English and Chinese to collaborate effectively with regional stakeholders.
