Job Title: Regional Business Development Manager

ECOCERT SOUTH-EAST ASIA PTE. LTD. is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Business Development Manager to join our team in Singapore.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled business development professional to drive the growth of our Organic and Sustainable services division in the AsiaPacific region. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a portfolio of existing clients, identifying upsell opportunities, generating new leads, and introducing our certification services to prospects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a portfolio of existing clients and identify opportunities to grow the partnership
  • Generate new leads in the region through various channels of communication and promotional activities
  • Introduce and explain our certification services, training, and consultancy to prospects
  • Write quotes and follow up to close deals
  • Update and maintain our CRM system
  • Liaise with international ECOCERT teams for support, partnership, and smooth delivery operations
  • Conduct ongoing market analysis to identify opportunities in the region
  • Attend tradeshows, conferences, and industry events to promote ECOCERT's thought leadership
  • Support our Marketing team and drive local initiatives
  • Track and complete annual contract renewals of existing clients in coordination with operational management
  • Delight customers throughout the entire relationship, from prospecting to certification
  • Provide monthly operation updates and activity reports
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Management, Sales, or a relevant field
  • Fluent in both written and oral English; fluency in other languages is a plus
  • Problem-solving and autonomous skills
  • Successful experience in a sales position
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer relations skills
  • Microsoft proficiency
  • Will to travel internationally
