This firm is seeking an experienced Quantitative Trader to design and execute high-frequency, market-neutral strategies with end-to-end ownership in the fast-moving world of decentralized finance.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Research, design, and refine latency-sensitive, market-neutral trading strategies to stay ahead of the curve.
  • Build real-time, automated trading algorithms that interact with decentralized protocols, leveraging your programming skills in Python, TypeScript, Rust, or similar (Solidity a plus).
  • Conduct advanced market analysis, leveraging blockchain datasets and proprietary analytics to extract valuable insights.
  • Implement robust risk management frameworks to optimize capital efficiency, ensuring your strategies are aligned with business goals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance models and drive performance, sharing knowledge and best practices.
Requirements for Success
  • A minimum of 3 years' experience running high-frequency or proprietary trading strategies end-to-end, demonstrating your ability to lead complex projects.
  • Strong programming skills in Python, TypeScript, Rust, or similar (Solidity a plus), enabling you to build efficient and effective trading algorithms.
  • Proven quantitative and analytical expertise, with the ability to extract insights from complex data and make informed decisions.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability to evolving markets and technologies, allowing you to navigate challenges with confidence.
  • Curiosity and conviction about crypto and decentralized markets, driving your passion for this field.
  • Experience with DeFi protocols, DEXs, and MEV dynamics is advantageous, but not required.
