Quantitative Trader Role

This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity for a highly skilled Quantitative Trader to join our organization.

As a Quantitative Trader, you will be responsible for designing, executing, and managing short to medium-term trading strategies. You will monitor real-time trading performance and adjust strategies as needed.

The ideal candidate will have strong programming skills in Python or C++. They will leverage their technical expertise to develop signals, backtest strategies, and automate trading processes.

A key aspect of this role is collaboration with team members to refine models and improve risk-adjusted returns. The successful candidate will maintain high awareness of market conditions, news, and microstructure dynamics.

Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in traditional financial markets/trading.
  • Strong programming skills in Python or C++.
  • Aggressive, self-motivated mindset.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Skills
  • Experience in crypto trading is a strong plus.
  • Strong interest in blockchain or digital assets (interest level will be evaluated).
