Mechanical Technician
Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Technician to ensure the operational excellence of GMP manufacturing production and facility equipment in Tuas, Singapore. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of proven experience in a manufacturing environment and strong mechanical troubleshooting, repair, and PM skills.

Key Responsibilities:
• Troubleshoot & Repair: Perform repairs on production, packaging, and critical utility systems (e.g., compressed air, steam, refrigeration, water treatment). Execute scheduled Preventative Maintenance (PM) tasks, including general maintenance (welding, basic electrical, plumbing, carpentry).

Installation & Calibration:
• Install new equipment and calibrate process equipment (e.g., tank load cells, fillers).

IMS Compliance:
• Support and comply with Integrated Management Systems standards (e.g., ISO, OHSAS).

Inventory & Asset Management:
• Manage engineering tools, equipment, and optimize inventory levels.

Requirements:
• 2-5 years of proven experience as a Mechanical Technician in a manufacturing environment
    Proven experience as a Mechanical Technician in a manufacturing environment;
    Strong mechanical troubleshooting, repair, and PM skills.
    Ability to perform general maintenance tasks;
    Familiarity with utility systems and equipment calibration;
    Knowledge of industrial standards (e.g., ISO, OHSAS);
    Good communication and coordination abilities;
    Proactive approach and ability to work in an 8-hour shift rotation.
