Mechanical Equipment Specialist

About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Mechanical Equipment Specialist to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting equipment at client sites. Your primary objective will be to ensure optimal performance and customer satisfaction through your work.

Key Responsibilities:
- Install, inspect, and repair mechanical and electrical systems
- Perform routine maintenance and emergency service calls
- Diagnose technical issues and provide effective solutions
- Document service reports and maintain accurate records
- Communicate with clients to explain repairs and preventive measures
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve service delivery

Requirements:
- NITEC / Diploma or higher in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or related field
- 2+ years of hands-on experience in field service or technical support
- Knowledge of PLCs, sensors, and industrial machinery
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel locally and overseas
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

Preferred Skills:
- Experience with PLC systems is preferable
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Fluency in English; Mandarin or Malay is a plus
