NDT Project Manager Job Summary

Our company is seeking a highly skilled and experienced NDT Project Manager to lead our team in delivering high-quality Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in NDT techniques, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and maintain NDT projects and equipment, ensuring timely completion and quality standards are met.
  • Conduct training and onboarding for technicians, ensuring they possess the necessary knowledge and skills to perform inspections.
  • Manage and maintain NDT audits, class certifications, and company ISO audits, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Develop and implement project method statements and risk assessments to ensure safe and efficient project delivery.
  • Lead and manage teams to achieve project goals, monitoring progress and controlling budgets.
Requirements and Qualifications:
  • Well-conversant with NDT techniques and methodologies.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to present complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Impeccable Microsoft Office skills, with expertise in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Able to adapt to fast-paced environments and prioritize tasks effectively.
