Manage a team (e.g. Senior Engineers, Engineer(s), Technicians) and ensure that the NDT is being carried out in accordance to the Projects’ specifications and compliance to ASME and AWS codes and Classification Society’s rules.
- Conduct and review subcontractors’ NDT personnel competency test on 6 monthly basis. Ensure NDT subcontractors comply to Keppel Shipyard safety requirements.
- Plan and deploy NDT resources for all projects for all yards. Check and ensure NDT subcontractors maintain adequate resources to support Keppel Shipyard work.
- Ensure the equipment calibration compliance with ISO 9001:2015 and equipment list is updated.
- Supervise and review the team’s daily work activities and work performance.
- Review and approve NDT plan for projects.
- Plan and submit daily RT plan to Production teams.
- Ensure timely NDT reports submission from NDT subcontractors.
- Liaise and advise the Classification Societies Surveyors and Client representatives on NDT matters
- Ensure that all standard operating procedures comply with specifications, quality standards, statutory and regulatory requirements.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Any other duties and responsibilities assigned by immediate superior.
