  • Assist with daily clinic operations, including patient registration, scheduling and filing.
  • Provide administrative support to clinical staff, such as preparing medical records and maintaining accurate patient information.
  • Develop strong relationships with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct patient care under the supervision of a registered nurse or physician.
  • Assist with procedures and treatments, such as taking vital signs and preparing patients for exams.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential patient records, adhering to HIPAA guidelines.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and address patient concerns.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree or higher preferred.
  • Minimum one year of experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in a clinic or hospital environment.
  • Ability to lift 25 pounds and push/pull carts, equipment, and supplies.
  • Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.

Working Hours:

  • Monday to Friday: 9am - 5pm.
  • Tuesday: 9am - 1pm.
