**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Provide network and server support for our Singapore and Thailand operations.
  • Maintain network servers and associated hardware, software, services, and settings, working closely with vendors.
  • Recommend, test, and implement system and security upgrades to ensure optimal performance and security.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot network stability and performance issues.
  • Create, adjust, and maintain network user settings and permissions.
  • Develop technical support documentation for server/network systems and applications.

**Requirements:**

  • Degree or diploma in Computer Science or a relevant field.
  • Hold MCP, MCSE, and MCITP certifications or equivalent qualifications, such as CCNP.
  • Proficient in Windows Server and Virtual Machine knowledge.
  • Excellent business continuity and disaster recovery methodologies and practices.
  • Familiarity with firewall and web filtering technologies.
  • Working knowledge of Active Directory, VPN, SharePoint, OneDrive, and endpoint management tools.
