We are seeking a skilled and motivated Windows Systems Administrator to support and lead critical solutioning requirements related to Windows operating systems and IT infrastructure that directly impacts the regional operations of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop Strong Customer Relations: Build trust with customers and be considered a trusted advisor/consultant who understands business objectives.
  • Design, Build, Configure, Deploy, Integration, and System Administration of Windows Servers: Develop innovative solutions using infrastructure tools, storage, and network.
  • Logical, Effective, and Methodical Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot technically and on an interpersonal level.
  • Apply Latest Windows Security Patches: Keep servers up to date.
  • Carry Out Thorough QA Checks: Ensure go-live operations process is smooth.
  • Liaise with Project Managers, Solution Engineers, and Business Application Owners: Capture project requirements.
  • Play an Active Role of a Subject Matter Expert (SME): Be a Windows SME for the APAC region.
The Candidate:
  • At Least 4 Years of Level 2 Windows Support Experience: Detailed knowledge of Windows server system administration, deployment, and maintenance.
  • Experience with Databases, Patch Management, and Networks: LAN and WAN experience.
  • Knowledge of Network Security Systems, Intrusion Detection Systems, and Data Backup: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience in the Financial Services Industry: An added advantage.
  • Must Be an Independent and a Great Team Player: Self-motivated and collaborative.
