Event Coordinator Role
">About the Job
We are seeking a detail-oriented and energetic Event Coordinator to help us deliver seamless, memorable experiences. As an integral part of our events team, you will be responsible for turning big ideas into smooth on-the-ground execution.
">Your Responsibilities:
  • Event Planning & Logistics
    • Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing large-scale events (workshops, bootcamps, teacher events, student activities, etc.)
    • Manage vendor relationships (venues, catering, logistics suppliers) and negotiate costs when needed
    • Oversee equipment, inventory, and event materials (signage, teaching resources, merchandise, etc.)
  • On-Site Event Operations
    • Handle event setup, registration, crowd flow, and tear-down
    • Troubleshoot operational issues on-site to ensure smooth delivery
    • Coordinate with tutors, facilitators, and support staff
  • Admin & Reporting
    • Support budget tracking, expense reporting, and event documentation
    • Collect feedback from participants and propose improvements for future events

  • You have a diploma or degree in events management, business, marketing, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
  • Prior experience in events coordination, operations, or project management is a plus
  • You're highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to juggle multiple timelines
  • You possess strong communication and people skills—you'll be liaising with both parents and vendors
  • You're comfortable working evenings/weekends when events are scheduled
  • You're a team player who thrives in fast-paced, high-energy environments
