Job Opportunity

This role presents a chance to work as an Associate Psychologist in our Triage Team, supporting individuals within the community.

About the Role:

We are seeking an Associate Psychologist who will be responsible for managing and assessing routine psychological cases.

The successful candidate will apply Mental State examination assessments, suicide and safety risk evaluations, triages, and case formulations.

They will provide structured brief intervention and routine psychological intervention under supervision.

Delivery of psychological programmes and services is also a key aspect of this role.

Additionally, they will deliver psychoeducation programmes to clients and caregivers.

The ideal candidate must adhere to professional policies and procedures for professional practice.

Other tasks and projects related to our programmes and services may also be assigned.



Requirements:
  • Degree with Honours in Psychology/Social Work or Masters in Counselling.
  • Relevant work experience with mental health clients preferred.
  • Fresh graduates with volunteer/internship experience in mental health sectors may also apply.


Skills and Qualifications:

Confident, proactive, and passionate team player with a heart for community work.

Prior work or voluntary experience working with persons with mental health issues.

Dynamic and resourceful team player.

Ability to work independently in the challenging community environment.

Passionate about community recovery work and rehabilitation.

Good communications and organisational skills.

Effectively bilingual.
