The Role:

We are seeking a seasoned Human Resources professional to fill the position of Senior People Partner. This individual will be responsible for providing strategic HR support to our Go-To-Market team across the ASEAN region.

As a trusted advisor, you will work closely with the global People Partner team and other key stakeholders to drive strategy and influence decision-makers at all levels.

  • Develop and implement effective HR strategies to support business growth and development.
  • Provide coaching and guidance to senior leaders on people-related issues.
  • Built relationships with executive business leaders to offer thought leadership on organizational and people-related strategy and execution.
  • Lead complex, data-driven initiatives to support the client's needs.
  • Partner with regional HR teams to deliver seamless human resources processes and programs across the organization.

The Ideal Candidate:

To succeed in this role, you will need to have a proven track record of developing effective relationships across all levels of the organization and with diverse client groups.

You must be able to drive major initiatives through the organization and influence decision-makers at all levels.

Additional Requirements:

  • 8 to 11+ years of HR experience in a business partnering function working with Go-to-Market business departments across the ASEAN region.
  • Demonstrated ability to conduct group facilitation, and coach and counsel management at all levels.
  • Experience in leadership development and being a trusted advisor to senior leadership levels.
