Job Title: Sales Manager

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and inspiring a team of sales consultants to achieve exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leadership & Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies, lead a high-performing team, and drive revenue growth.
  • Customer Experience Excellence: Ensure every customer receives an outstanding buying experience from initial contact to post-sale engagement.
  • Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Analyze team performance, identify areas for improvement, and provide actionable insights to management.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Foster strong relationships with customers to promote repeat business and referrals.
  • Market & Competitor Intelligence: Conduct market research, analyze competitor activity, and provide strategic recommendations to inform sales strategies.
  • Pricing & COE Bidding: Manage pricing decisions, communicate effectively with the team, and ensure timely information flow.
  • Fleet & Tender Sales: Support fleet and tender sales opportunities to grow this critical segment of the business.
  • Product Training & Launch Preparation: Provide comprehensive product training to the sales team to ensure they are well-versed in new models.
  • Innovation & Continuous Improvement: Continuously seek opportunities for process improvements within the sales department and contribute to the evolution of sales strategies that align with the brand's long-term goals.

Requirements:

Proven track record in sales leadership, preferably within the automotive industry. Strong ability to motivate and guide a team to success. Excellent customer relationship management skills. Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze market trends and adjust strategies accordingly.
