Job Title: Architectural Leader

About the Role

The ideal candidate will be responsible for protecting our firm's reputation and upholding its core principles.

  • Assist management in implementing company policies and guidelines.
  • Maintain design standards and quality control measures.
  • Lead feasibility studies, design development, tender documentation, and contract administration.
  • Provide guidance, training, and supervision to junior staff members.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To excel in this role, you will require:

  • A Bachelor's degree from a recognized university.
  • Minimum 8 years of relevant working experience.
  • Familiarity with regulations and codes governing construction and architectural practice.
  • Ability to prepare and present feasibility reports and design proposals to clients.
  • Capacity to represent the firm in advising clients on matters relating to contracts, design, and authority compliance.
  • Supervising and managing applications for planning and building control departments.
  • Specifying the nature and quality of materials required.
  • Preparing tender documents for contracts.
  • Administration of contracts.
  • Project management and coordination.
  • Making site visits to monitor progress and workmanship.
  • Resolving problems and issues that arise during construction.
  • Meting project schedules and maintaining high standards.
