Job Overview:

Architectural Leadership Position

This role involves overseeing architectural projects, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results.

  1. Maintain effective communication with clients, consultants, project teams, and subcontractors to guarantee all technical aspects are met.
  2. Organize trade schedules and coordinate architectural tasks with structural and M&E specifics.
  3. Ensure architectural drawings, material samples, and method statements are submitted on time according to the project timeline.
  4. Plan and oversee site activities, collaborating closely with subcontractors and their supervisors to ensure smooth execution.
  5. Conduct regular inspections of architectural works to verify adherence to approved designs, specifications, and progress.
  6. Monitor work progress to ensure it aligns with the targeted schedule for timely and efficient completion.
  7. Verify that all works meet specified requirements, Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) standards, quality standards, and government regulations, including maintainability.
  8. Handle additional duties and tasks as directed by management.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma in Architecture or equivalent recognized by relevant authorities.
  • Minimum 10 years' experience as Architectural Manager in large-scale projects.
  • Relevant architectural field experience in high-rise buildings of at least 100m height is an advantage or similar scale and complexity projects.
  • Good knowledge of architecture specifications & requirements.
