We are seeking a visionary Senior Manager to drive innovation and technological advancements in our healthcare organisation. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of patient care through cutting-edge solutions and smart systems.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic team and contribute to the development of our technology adoption strategies. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design and implement innovative solutions that enhance operational efficiency and patient safety.

As a Senior Manager, Informatics, you will be responsible for overseeing the integration of emerging technologies, including robotic platforms, into our healthcare services. Your expertise will enable us to provide world-class care while staying ahead of the curve in technological advancements.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement technology adoption strategies to meet the future needs of our hospital
  • Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to plan and deliver cutting-edge solutions
  • Research and oversee the integration of emerging technologies, including robotic platforms
  • Evaluate projects for technical, financial, and operational feasibility
  • Manage stakeholders and ensure smooth operations of our Healthcare Living Lab
  • Build team capabilities by fostering skills such as agile project management and design thinking
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Computing Engineering
  • Minimum 6 years of relevant experience with exposure at management level, and at least 4 years in software programming, systems engineering, or technology integration
  • Excellent planning, analytical, and communication skills
  • Critical thinking skills and willingness to think outside the box
  • Strong ability to engage and manage multiple stakeholders effectively
  • Ability to work under pressure and adapt to challenging conditions
  • Familiarity with front-end and back-end systems or product designs
  • Experience with robotics perception, LIDAR, object tracking, motion planning, machine learning, sensor fusion, and system engineering
  • Proficiency in C/C++, Python, Unix shell scripting, and Linux
