Job Title: Transport Support Specialist

We are seeking a Transport Support Specialist to join our team. This is a temporary position, with the possibility of renewal or conversion.

About the Role

This role involves managing driver registration, inspecting and handing over vehicles to staff or drivers, handling issues or disputes with drivers on the ground, sharing important information and handbooks with drivers, performing data entry and checking inventory, and assisting with other tasks and collecting feedback from drivers.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need experience in customer service, basic knowledge of Excel, and possession of a Class 3 car license.

Benefits

This position offers a contract of six months, with the possibility of renewal or conversion. The working hours are Monday to Friday, 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM, and the location is Tampines. The salary is $2,300 per month, and this is an entry-level position with no prior experience required.
