We are seeking a dynamic professional to provide comprehensive administrative support to senior medical leaders and manage critical office operations.

This role involves coordinating schedules and meetings, handling confidential correspondence, and overseeing grant administration and budget reporting.

The ideal candidate will have strong organisational abilities and deliver administrative support while maintaining the highest standards of confidentiality.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in any discipline
  • Or Diploma in any discipline with at least 8 years' relevant working experience
  • Preferably with at least 2 years of relevant working experience in a healthcare environment
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Team player with the ability to manage cross-functional and institutional relationships
  • Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to engage various stakeholders in a fluid environment
  • Good analytical, presentation and writing skills as well as ability to work under tight deadlines
  • Ability to handle complex, ambiguous and challenging situations under fast-paced and evolving conditions
