Key Responsibilities:
- Support Central FP&A lead in preparing and consolidating the University's annual budget, forecast, and long-term projections.
- Operationalise the annual budget loading, restatement, and reporting.
- Review budget projections and proposed methodology.
- Collaborate with Faculties, Departments, and Other Units to provide business partnering support.
- Explain complex financial data clearly.
- Support and operationalise the tracking and reporting of university-funded projects.
- Identify and implement improvements to existing FP&A processes and tools.
- Degree majoring in Accounting/Finance.
- 10-15 years of relevant experience in budgeting, forecasting, financial modelling, and variance analysis (experience in higher education is a plus).
- Strong financial and analytical skills, meticulous, resourceful, innovative, driven, and self-motivated.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills, and able to build relationships with internal stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong organisation skills, positive work attitude, and adaptable to changes.
This role is open to Singaporeans and Permanent Residents only.
