Job SummaryThe Resort Guest Service Coordinator will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service, ensuring seamless check-in and check-out processes, and maintaining accurate records. This role requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide warm and welcoming guest service, responding promptly to inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.
- Verify payment and incidental costs, utilizing credit information to ensure accuracy.
- Maintain accurate logs of messages, mail, packages, parcels, or other items for guest delivery.
- Manage cash float and maintain accurate accounting of transactions.
- Ensure folios and charges are accurately keyed into the system.
- Facilitate guest departures by providing detailed statements and collecting all payments due.
- Support Concierge services, arranging transportation upon guest request.
- Assist Concierge in handling guest enquiries related to tourist and transport information in Sentosa and Singapore.
- Perform duties as assigned by the Front Office Manager.
- Maintain the highest standards of professionalism, ethics, grooming, and attitude towards staff and guests.
- Excellent Interpersonal and Communications Skills.
- High level of interpersonal skills required.
- Customer service oriented.
- Good knowledge in resort and tourism.
- GCE 'O' levels and above.
- Able to work on shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
- Knowledge of Front Office Operating System (HMS) would be an added advantage.
We offer a competitive salary of SGD $40,000 - $60,000 per annum, depending on experience.
