Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to lead our team in delivering interior fit-out projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of managing complex projects, supervising site staff, and ensuring seamless communication with clients, designers, and sub-contractors.

Main Responsibilities

  • Plan, coordinate, and execute interior fit-out projects, including hospitality, commercial, and retail spaces.
  • Supervise and manage a team of site workers to ensure safe, timely, and cost-effective delivery of projects.
  • Liaise with clients, designers, and sub-contractors to ensure smooth project progression and customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including sales teams, commercial teams, and clients.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, including project schedules, budgets, and progress updates.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in interior fit-out management and site coordination.
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Good knowledge of construction plans, fabrication methods, and relevant industry standards.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, and other relevant software.
