As a high-performance computing expert, you will play a key role in developing cutting-edge technologies for autonomous driving. Our team is seeking talented individuals who are eager to learn and innovate.

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Develop performance analysis models to identify hardware bottlenecks and propose architectural improvements.
  2. Build functional and execution models to accurately simulate chip behaviors and results.
  3. Collaborate with hardware development and testing teams to define modeling strategies and ensure designs meet specifications.
  4. Work with the compiler/model compilation team to provide optimization feedback and ensure accurate simulation results.
  5. Develop custom CUDA operators in PyTorch that maintain data consistency between model and hardware for customer-facing applications.

Qualifications/Requirements:

  • Master's or PhD degree in Computer Science, Electrical/Computer Engineering, or related fields.
  • 0–5 years of experience; fresh graduates welcome.
  • Internship, academic research, or hands-on project experience in chip modeling, performance simulation, or AI computing will be a strong advantage.

Programming Skills:

  • Proficiency in Python, CUDA, and deep learning frameworks such as PyTorch.
  • Experience with C++ or hardware modeling tools is a plus.

Problem-Solving:

  • Strong interest in system architecture and performance analysis.
  • Able to identify and resolve modeling discrepancies.

Teamwork:

  • Effective communicator and team player, capable of working across multidisciplinary teams.
