AI Computing Expert

We are seeking a skilled AI Computing Expert to contribute to the development of cutting-edge technologies for autonomous driving.

As an AI Computing Expert, you will work on high-performance simulation models and optimization strategies for NPU HW architecture and deploy AI solutions on embedded platforms.

The ideal candidate has a strong interest in system architecture and performance analysis, is able to identify and resolve modelling discrepancies, and is an effective communicator and team player.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing performance analysis models to identify hardware bottlenecks and proposing architectural improvements.
  • Building functional and execution models to accurately simulate chip behaviors and results.
  • Collaborating with hardware development and testing teams to define modeling strategies and ensure designs meet specifications.
  • Working with the compiler/model compilation team to provide optimization feedback and ensure accurate simulation results.
  • Developing custom CUDA operators in PyTorch that maintain data consistency between model and hardware for customer-facing applications.

Required skills and qualifications include:

  • Proficiency in Python, CUDA, and deep learning frameworks such as PyTorch.
  • Experience with C++ or hardware modeling tools.
  • A Master's or PhD degree in Computer Science, Electrical/Computer Engineering, or related fields.
  • 0–5 years of experience. Fresh graduates are welcome, and internship, academic research, or hands-on project experience in chip modeling, performance simulation, or AI computing will be a strong advantage.
