Job Overview

We are seeking a Digital Innovation Lead to spearhead our organization's digital transformation efforts.

About the Role
  • This individual will be responsible for identifying key areas of innovation and developing strategic plans to drive growth and improvement.
  • The successful candidate will structure methodologies and best practices for digital tool exploration, proof of concept, and pilots.
  • This role requires a leader who can oversee the entire process from idea generation to completion.
Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop AI/Generative AI business in Global Operations by identifying key use cases and creating a comprehensive business strategy and roadmap.
  2. Structure methodologies and best practices for digital tool exploration, proof of concept, and pilots.
  3. Lead cross-functional teams in digital innovation initiatives, ensuring effective execution and integration into the organization.
  4. Foster a culture of creativity, encouraging new ideas to flourish and driving innovation throughout the organization.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to generate and implement innovative ideas that drive business outcomes.
  6. Conduct market research and industry benchmarking to gather insights on emerging technologies and stay ahead of the competition.
  7. Communicate progress and results to senior leadership and stakeholders, providing actionable insights and recommendations for future improvements.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in digital innovation, product development, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of success in leading digital innovation initiatives and driving business outcomes.
