Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Manager to lead our organization in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, developing strong relationships with clients, and creating sales strategies to drive company growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Pursuit of New Opportunities: Identify and pursue new business prospects by researching potential clients, attending industry events, and building a network of contacts.
  • Clients Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to ensure long-term success.
  • Sales Strategy Development: Create and implement sales strategies to achieve company growth targets, including setting sales goals, managing the sales process, and forecasting revenue.
  • Market Analysis and Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and threats, and evaluate competitor strategies to inform business development efforts.
  • Negotiation and Contract Management: Negotiate terms and conditions with new and existing clients, and ensure contract compliance.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Communicate effectively with internal teams, stakeholders, and clients to ensure smooth execution of business development initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build relationships, present ideas, and negotiate effectively.
  • Strategic Thinking and Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze market trends, identify opportunities, and develop sound business strategies.
  • Sales and Marketing Experience: Understanding of sales processes, customer acquisition, and marketing strategies.
  • Project Management and Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • Business Acumen and Financial Literacy: Understanding of business operations, financial statements, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Proficiency in relevant software: Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce), Excel, and market research tools.
