Job Title: Cost Estimator SpecialistWe are seeking an experienced Cost Estimator Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for post-contract administration, which includes:
  • Calling off quotations and preparing Quality Evaluation Forms (QEFs).
  • Monitoring subcontract progress.
In order to excel in this position, you must have a solid understanding of quantity surveying principles and practices. You should also possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as strong communication and organizational abilities.Key Responsibilities:
  • Post-Contract Administration: Oversee the post-contract administration process, ensuring all contractual obligations are met and records are accurately maintained.
  • Quantity Surveying: Conduct regular site visits to monitor subcontractor progress, identify potential issues, and provide solutions.
  • Quotations and QEFs: Call off quotations and prepare QEFs to ensure accurate pricing and compliance with contractual terms.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in quantity surveying or a related field.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
