About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced retail operations professional to lead our team at our store in Singapore. This is an exciting opportunity to take on a key leadership role within our fast-paced, customer-focused retail environment.
Responsibilities:
• Lead and motivate the team to achieve maximum results and meet Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Monitor inventory levels, ensure timely stock replenishment, and oversee the return cycle.
• Continuously improve work procedures and operations while ensuring accurate paperwork handling.
• Take charge and provide necessary supervision during stock takes and random count exercises.
• Oversee and manage the opening and closing of the store, including banking daily sales.
• Effectively manage store manpower and scheduling to optimize performance.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the overall retail experience.
Requirements:
• Minimum Diploma with 3 years of experience in a retail management or supervisory role, preferably within the related field.
• Strong customer service orientation and the ability to lead and motivate a team.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint & Outlook.
• A passion for the retail industry and a keen eye for visual merchandising.
• Flexibility to work retail hours, weekends and public holidays as required.
