About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Support Associate to join our team at Cornerstone Global Partners. As a key member of our administrative team, you will provide critical support to our senior management and business teams, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to senior management and business teams
  • Support Finance team in expenses claims management
  • Support Corporate Services related administrative work
  • Support HR team in managing key personnel documents, working permits, and liaising with recruiters
  • Event organization and logistics management for internal and external events
  • Manage office equipment and supplies
  • Office vendors management and coordination
  • Foster effective communication and collaboration with global offices and teams
  • Participate in, learn from, and contribute to diverse aspects of our business
  • Project coordination and management across regions and functions

Requirements:

  • Diploma or bachelor's degree from reputable schools, ideally in Business Administration, Accounting, Information Management, or a related field
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both languages
  • Proficiency in Administrative Assistance and Office Administration
  • Strong command of the Microsoft Office suite and Teams ecosystem
  • Impeccable organizational skills with a keen eye for detail
  • A passion for event organization
  • Willingness to travel internationally
  • Exceptional multitasking and time management abilities
  • Capacity to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
  • Prior experience in the financial services industry or accounting is a plus
  • Able to speak and write in Mandarin to liaise with Chinese-speaking counterparts
