Our organization is seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Healthcare Assistant. This position offers the opportunity to make a meaningful contribution to the lives of our residents and provide exceptional care and support in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

About the Role:
  • As a member of our team, you will be responsible for assisting residents with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and eating
  • You will also play a key role in supporting nursing staff in delivering high-quality care and monitoring and recording residents' vital signs
  • Maintaining a clean and safe environment for residents is also an essential part of this role
  • In addition, you will have the opportunity to provide companionship and emotional support to residents, assist in transporting them to appointments and activities, and communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare team

This role requires strong interpersonal and communication skills, as well as a basic knowledge of healthcare practices and procedures. Previous experience in a healthcare or caregiving role is preferred but not essential.
