Supply Chain Coordinator

We are seeking a seasoned Supply Chain Coordinator to join our team.
As a key member of our logistics operations, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire order fulfillment cycle from purchase order placement to delivery.
Your primary objective will be to ensure seamless coordination with suppliers, forwarders, and consignees across countries, guaranteeing timely shipment and documentation.
Key responsibilities include:
- Coordinating international shipments via sea, air, or land, confirming booking with freight forwarders or shipping lines;
- Preparing and verifying comprehensive logistics and export documents, including Commercial Invoice & Packing List (CIPL), Bill of Lading (B/L), Certificate of Origin (Form E / D / AK), Import/Export Permits, Letter of Credit (L/C) and DA submission documents;
- Tracking and monitoring shipment milestones, proactively updating internal teams and customers;
- Collaborating closely with the finance team to follow up on payments to suppliers and service providers;
