Job Title: Supply Chain Coordinator

Description

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Supply Chain Coordinator. As the main point of contact for customers, carriers, suppliers, and other supply chain stakeholders, you will be responsible for managing customer orders, documenting transport bookings, and ensuring compliance with work standards and instructions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage customer orders from receipt to delivery, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth logistics operations.
  • Communicate effectively with customers, suppliers, and carriers to resolve any issues or concerns.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports on supply chain activities.
Requirements
  • Diploma in Supply Chain related field
  • 1 year of experience in supply chain/freight/logistics background
  • Good communication skills
  • Able to work on weekends when required (urgent shipments)
