Healthcare Support Professionals play a vital role in ensuring exceptional client satisfaction in a healthcare setting.

Job Summary:

This is a unique opportunity for you to make a difference in the lives of our clients. As a Healthcare Support Specialist, you will be responsible for managing client admissions, performing reception duties, and handling enquiries efficiently.

  • Manage client admissions by providing clear briefings to next-of-kin on charges and subsidies.
  • Perform reception duties such as client registration and attendance tracking with precision.
  • Handle phone and walk-in enquiries effectively, and coordinate meetings when necessary.
  • Collect and record payments, maintaining accurate documentation of outstanding balances.
  • Maintain and update client profiles, ensuring the accuracy of demographic and subsidy details in our system.
  • Monitor and track administrative consumables, ensuring timely replenishment.
  • Support transport scheduling and liaise with clients or caregivers on arrangements.
  • Assist Centre Supervisor/Manager with any other operational or administrative tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Minimum GCE 'O' Level or equivalent; relevant experience in community/healthcare settings is highly valued.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable with system data entry.
  • Able to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
