Job Title: Duty Manager

Maintaining exceptional guest satisfaction and revenue while ensuring optimal room inventory status is a challenging yet rewarding role.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and maintain accurate room inventory levels to maximize revenue.
  • Collaborate with the finance team to minimize account receivables and optimize financial performance.
  • Regularly report on Front Office performance to the FOM, analyzing variances and implementing corrective actions as needed.
  • Develop and manage a high-performing team, focusing on maximum host satisfaction, productivity, and guest satisfaction.
  • Anticipate and meet guest needs through observation and effective communication.
  • Respond promptly to guest complaints and concerns, ensuring exceptional service and satisfaction.
  • Coordinate Front Office operations across various sections, maintaining excellence in guest service and adhering to standards and procedures.
  • Contribute to upgrading and improving service concepts and operations, ensuring alignment with hotel policies and local regulations.
