Senior BIM Modeler Position

Our organization seeks a highly skilled BIM model developer to lead the creation and management of precise 2D and 3D models. This role demands expertise in Revit and AutoCAD, as well as exceptional collaboration and communication skills.
About the Role:This position is responsible for developing, updating, and maintaining accurate BIM models using industry-standard software. The successful candidate will work closely with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure design coordination and effective project delivery.
Responsibilities:- Develop and update BIM models according to project requirements, utilizing Revit and AutoCAD.
- Prepare detailed drawings, shop drawings, and construction documentation.
- Collaborate with project teams to implement BIM workflows and processes.
- Support project teams in clash detection, model coordination, and project reviews.
- Degree in Architecture, Engineering, or related field.
- Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD (experience with Navisworks is an advantage).
- Minimum 2-5 years of relevant experience in BIM modeling for construction/engineering projects.
- Strong understanding of construction drawings, detailing, and coordination.
- Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team.
- Attention to detail and commitment to delivering accurate outputs.
