Job Title: Senior BIM Modeller

The role of a Senior BIM Modeller is crucial in ensuring seamless collaboration and efficient data management across various projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee project standards, timelines, and deliverable requirements for all BIM-related matters throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Lead and supervise a team of BIM modellers to ensure alignment with project requirements, timelines, and deliverable standards.
  • Coordinate updates for individual discipline models, specialized models, and associated BIM databases, ensuring effective collaboration among team members.
  • Monitor and manage drawing submissions, ensuring timely delivery and regularly updating submission status, facilitating project progress tracking.
  • Provide technical support and coordination to the project team for design changes, model updates, and issue resolution, promoting effective communication and problem-solving.
  • Organize and maintain current versions of BIM models, drawings, and related documentation, ensuring accuracy and consistency.

Requirements:

  • Possess at least a Bachelor's Degree or Post Graduate Diploma in Engineering or equivalent, demonstrating relevant academic qualifications.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in BIM modelling and collaboration, certification in BIM modelling and management, proficiency in relevant software and excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Detailed mechanical engineering knowledge with design and experience, applying theoretical and practical expertise.
