Job Overview

This role offers an exciting opportunity to excel in a challenging bartending position. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized bar area, and preparing and serving a variety of beverages.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve drinks to meet customer preferences, including cocktails, beers, wines, and spirits.
  • Engage with guests to understand their tastes and suggest suitable drinks.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the bar area and equipment, adhering to health and safety regulations and licensing laws.
  • Contribute to creating promotions and special events to attract customers to the bar.
  • Manage inventory and order supplies as needed to support business operations.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a bartender in a high-end bar or restaurant.
  • Thorough knowledge of beverage preparation and service, including cocktails, beers, wines, and spirits.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with customers.
  • Good organizational and time management skills to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • A positive attitude and passion for delivering memorable customer experiences.
