Operational Excellence Specialist

  • Member Experience: Ensure all interactions with members are warm and friendly, creating an environment that makes everyone feel at home.
  • Cleanliness Advocate: Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness throughout the studios, changerooms, and common areas.
  • Inventory Manager: Keep a close eye on stock and conduct regular counts to ensure everything is in order.
  • Safety Champion: Create a safe and healthy environment for members and team members alike.
  • Customer Delight: Find creative ways to surprise and delight our members, creating memorable moments that will keep them coming back for more.

Requirements:

  • At least two years of experience
  • Experience in customer service and answering feedback and complaints
  • Experience in operations and/or safety is a plus point
  • Able to work rotating roster including weekends, early morning and late evening shifts
